Authorities said the 36-year-old mother and her three young children were home Tuesday night when a fire broke out at their Montclare residence. The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office said her 7-year-old son Ezra died Tuesday. Summer died Thursday and last night her 2-year son, Emory, and 9-year-old, Autumn, were pronounced dead. A Chicago firefighter’s entire family was tragically killed in the days after their house caught on fire – a scene he rushed to after hearing his home address over the radio dispatch at his job last week. Stewart's 7-year-old son, Ezra Stewart, was pronounced dead on Wednesday night, the Cook County Medical Examiner's office confirmed.

There was a massive presence as fire trucks lined North Rutherford Avenue. The firefighter, identified by Chicago Fire Fighters Union Local 2 as Walter Stewart, performed CPR on his wife after the fire. Fire inspectors are working on determining the cause of the fire. Investigators wouldn't say whether or not the fire was intentional as the cause remains under investigation. CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Northwest Side fire has claimed the lives of all four family members of a Chicago firefighter.

On Friday, the Fire Department distributed some smoke along the block – an act that holds greater weight following this tragedy. Chicago Fire Department officials have said Walter Stewart, who lived in the house, responded himself – and gave his own 36-year-old wife CPR. He was not part of the fire crew that responded to the fire, but when he heard the address of the fire over radio dispatch, he went to the scene. Earlier this week, the Fire Department said all four members of the family suffered from smoke inhalation. Chicago fire officials passed out smoke alarms and fire prevention materials near where the fire occurred, as they always do after a deadly blaze. It's a reminder to check devices and change batteries in the detectors, especially as we approach the time change weekend.

For example, I’d go through some history of how we used to have 44 different dropdown menus (not an exaggeration), but we have one now and here is how you should use it. The very first version of the Atlassian Design System was about 20 static HTML files that I was hosting on a Mac Pro under my desk.
